A Festive Season of Events

The fall and holiday season at the Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club is in full swing! As usual the Club is full of activity and there is a robust schedule of events during November and December that are sure to please everyone.
You won’t want to miss the Craft Beer Dinner on Wednesday, November 18th. The evening begins with a reception at 6 pm.
Then, Wednesday the 25th get in some early exercise and venture out on the Kayak excursion beginning at 9am. It will be just the thing you need to get your appetite going for Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday.
On Wednesday, December 2nd Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club will host a “Toys for Tots” charity. This thoughtful event will surly bring cheer to those in need the holiday. Club members and guests are welcome to join the event for a cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 pm followed by a Steakhouse Buffet. What a great way to give back to the community by making a donation to charity and spending time with fellow members to prepare for this holiday season. 
Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club will also host a trivia night on Wednesday, December 9th. This is sure to be a fun family night at the club followed by cocktails and dinner. After trivia night, we are only 2 weeks away from Christmas! It’s hard to believe but mark your calendars now for our Christmas Eve Candlelight on December 24th. It will be a special way to begin your Christmas celebration.
To work off all of those holiday treats, make sure you come out to our Kayak Excursion on December 30, just what you need to get you ready for our New Year’s Eve Celebration on December 31st!
Don’t forget every Thursday in November and December is Golf Ladies’ Day and every Friday in November and December is Golf Men’s Day. Make sure you come out to practice your swing!
